For many people, yoga is not the easiest thing to start. Yoga, like any other practice, requires a bit of motivation to get started. But once you stretch, breathe, awaken your tired muscles and engage your inner self, you’ll wonder how you could have gotten this far in your life without doing it. Many think it’s all about hippies and Patchouli. But it is so different from the perception that the majority possess. From recharging one’s balance to a general feeling of well being, yoga is a tested method of correcting your body’s equilibrium. It also tones and builds lean muscle for every body type.

Yana is our resident yoga instructor. Originally from Russia, Yana has chosen Spain as home. Practicing yoga for more than 8 years, Yana lives and breathes health and fitness; and while she is very advanced, she is very happy to help beginners get started. There is no need to feel intimidated. It’s never a competition to see who is more fit, but rather a graceful and easy way to re-connect your mind and body. And for those who have just started, many are surprised to find that it takes less than 20 minutes per day. Most people spend more time than that achieving nothing on social media. But 6 months of yoga will change your life radically. From an increase in energy to shedding those last few stubborn kilos, yoga works wonders. There is no better way to get started on your path than a mountain retreat.
