The retreat offers a full programme of activities, starting at 7.30 am and finishing at around 9pm. Guests may choose which activities to take part in. This schedule is not the final one.

The activities are up to your personal preference.

There are different activities in each time slot for you to choose. 

There will be two classes of yoga, two cardio/cross fit training, and mountain hiking sessions each day.

The starting time varies. This schedule is shown for indicative purposes, as classes may vary. You will be given a weekly programme of activities at your arrival.
